ADIRA FINANCE CILEDUG KOTA TANGERANG https://stiebp.ac.id/jurnal/index.php/MRB/article/view/100
This study aims to determine the effect of Recruitment, Job Placement, and Financial Compensation on Employee Productivity at PT. Adira Finance Ciledug, Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. Data collection was conducted using a convenience sampling method, with a total population of 79 respondents at PT. Adira Finance Ciledug, Tangerang City. The data used in this study include a validity test of the variables Recruitment, Job Placement, and Financial Compensation on Employee Productivity, where the calculated r value is greater than the table r value of 0.2213. The results of the reliability test using the Cronbach Alpha formula show that the r value is > 0.6, namely r alpha for Recruitment (0.873), Job Placement (0.806), Financial Compensation (0.808), and Employee Productivity (0.818). The classical assumption test is used to strengthen the multiple linear regression analysis by using 3 classical assumption tests, namely the normality test, the multicollinearity test, and the heteroscedasticity test, where the 3 tests are free from the classical assumption test (the test is suitable for use). The results of the multiple linear regression analysis in this study are Y = 0.870 + 0.328 (X1) + 0.261 (X2) + 0.394 (X3) while the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.674 or 67.4%, which means that Recruitment, Job Placement, Financial Compensation on Employee Productivity explains the variation in Employee Productivity by 67.4%. The t-test and F-test showed a significant effect both partially and simultaneously. The t-test results for Recruitment were greater than the t-table (3.823>1.99210), for Job Placement were greater than the t-table (2.381>1.99210), and for Financial Compensation were greater than the t-table (3.231>1.99210). The F-test showed a calculated F-value of 54.640>F-table 2.73 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Therefore, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the variables of Recruitment, Job Placement, and Financial Compensation at PT. Adira Finance Ciledug, Tangerang City have a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity both partially and simultaneously.
Desika Andriani Muhammad Imam Prasetiyo Copyright (c) 2025 Management Research and Business Journal 2025-08-20 2025-08-20 3 1 55 68 10.64237/mrb.v3i1.100 PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KERJASAMA TIM TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN https://stiebp.ac.id/jurnal/index.php/MRB/article/view/104
This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation and teamwork on employee performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of Word of Mouth (WOM) and social media on the effectiveness of marketing strategies in the construction services sector. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive-causal design. The sample consisted of 97 respondents determined through purposive sampling, with criteria of at least five years of experience an involvement in marketing activities. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results of the analysis indicate that WOM and social media have a positive and significant influence on the effectiveness of marketing strategies. The regression coefficients of each variable indicate that both provide a significant contribution to encouraging client engagement, building brand reputation, and increasing the success of construction service promotions. Overall, the regression model explained 55.7% of the variation in marketing strategy effectiveness, confirming the strategic role of integrating interpersonal and digital communication in this context. The novelty of this study lies in the simultaneous examination of two communication channels—WOM and social media—in the context of construction services marketing in Indonesia, a relatively understudied area. This research provides an empirical basis for companies to design more effective, adaptive, and customer-driven marketing strategies. This research is expected to serve as a foundation for developing communication strategies that are more responsive to digital dynamics and the needs of the professional services market.
Fatmawati Junef Ismaliyanto Copyright (c) 2025 Volume 3 No. 1 2025-08-20 2025-08-20 3 1 29 40 10.64237/mrb.v3i1.111 PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO (CR) DAN RETURN ON ASSET (ROA) TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PT ADI SARANA ARMADA TBK PERIODE 2014-2023 https://stiebp.ac.id/jurnal/index.php/MRB/article/view/99
This research aims to determine This research aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR) and Return On Asset (ROA) on the stock price of PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression, involving classical assumption tests, followed by partial significance testing using the t-test, while the F-test is used to assess the joint effect. Building resilience during crises is a crucial key strategy for business continuity and supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda, particularly Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) and Goal 13 (Addressing Climate Change). This research uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach based on the PRISMA method, with Boolean search formulated through the PICO and SPIDER frameworks. A total of 713 initial articles were identified from international databases (Scopus, ScienceDirect, Springer, Wiley, Sage, IEEE, Web of Science, and Google Scholar). After removing 101 duplicate articles, 43 articles were screened, and 37 articles were finally selected for in-depth analysis. The selection process was carried out in two stages: title and abstract screening, followed by full-text review. The theoretical analysis used the Resource-Based View (RBV), Dynamic Capability Theory, and Organizational Resilience Theory. This study found that generative AI can support the resilience of MSMEs by improving market adaptation, operational efficiency, and continuous innovation. The study's findings are expected to enrich the academic literature, provide practical contributions to strengthening MSME resilience, and support digital transformation and global economic sustainability in the face of future uncertainty.
Lies Hendrawan Copyright (c) 2025 Volume 3 No. 1 2025-08-20 2025-08-20 3 1 101 111 10.64237/mrb.v3i1.110
