The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of a Google form to all evening students who were already working, especially those taking 50 reviewer lectures as lecturers consisting of two courses, namely from the Organizational Theory and Organizational Development classes. Data analysis in this study used SPSS Version 24. The sampling technique used was a survey and distribution of questionnaires to students with employee status and data testing used in the research used the Simple Random Sampling method. Data analysis in this study used Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test, t Test, and F Test. From the research results of the adjusted R2 coefficient of determination test, a value of 0.811 or 81% was obtained. This shows that 81% of employee performance is influenced by leadership style variables and work stress, while the remaining 19% is influenced by other variables such as competence, discipline, etc.

In the t test, the calculated t value for the leadership style and work stress variables respectively is 2.493, 2.207, and 2.232 which is greater than t table 2.009 with a probability level of 0.016, 0.032, and 0.024 respectively which is smaller than the alpha probability of 0.05, so that in general The partial variables of leadership style and work stress have a very strong and significant effect on employee performance. The F test produces an Fcount value of 81.474 which is greater than Ftable 2.79. Then, with a significance level of 0.000, it is smaller than the alpha probability level of 0.05 so that simultaneously the variables of leadership style and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance.
2024-08-16T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Management Research and Business Journal https://stiebp.ac.id/jurnal/index.php/MRB/article/view/65 Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Dinas Komunikasi Informatika Dan Statistik Provinsi Riau Tahun 2023 2024-08-19T02:18:34+00:00 Oktovina Deci Rahakbauw oktavinadecy@gmail.com Muhammad Adib adib@gmail.com
This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Riau Province Communications, Informatics and Statistics Service in 2023, either partially or simultaneously. Data collection was carried out using the Until Saturation method, the total population of which was 50 respondents at the Riau Province Communications, Informatics and Statistics Service. The data used in this research includes testing the validity of the variable Influence of the Work Environment, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance where the calculated r is greater than the r table of 0.2787. From the results of the reliability test using the Cronbach Alpha formula, there are results with r alpha values > 0.6, namely r alpha Work Environment (0.900), Work Motivation (0.934) and Job Satisfaction (0.944) Employee Performance (0.867). The classical assumption test is used to strengthen multiple linear regression analysis by using 3 classical assumption tests, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, where the 3 tests are free from the classical assumption test (fit test). The results of multiple linear regression analysis in this research are Y = 4.782 + 0.214 (LK) + 0.336 (MK) + 0.325 (KK) while the coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.668 or 66.8%, which means that the Work Environment, Work Motivation and Satisfaction Work on Employee Performance explains the variation in Employee Performance by 66.8%. The t test and F test show a significant effect both partially and simultaneously with the results of the t test Work Environment t count is greater than t table (2.162 > 2.01290) from Work Motivation t count is greater than t table (3.132 > 2.01290 ), from Job Satisfaction the calculated t is greater than the t table (2.463 > 2.01290) while the F test shows the calculated F value is 33.832 > F table 2.81 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the variables of the Influence of the Work Environment, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Riau Province Communication, Information and Statistics Service in 2023 have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance both partially and simultaneously.
2024-08-19T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Management Research and Business Journal https://stiebp.ac.id/jurnal/index.php/MRB/article/view/67 Analisis Pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bimba Aiueo 2024-08-19T02:31:22+00:00 Tukidi tukidialdin65@gmail.com Ida Adhani Adhani.dha25@gmail.com Desy Dwi Emilya Sari dwiemilya48@gmail.com
This research aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, work discipline on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. In this study, a saturated sample was taken of all biMBA AIUEO employees with a population of 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, with analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), t test, and F test. Multiple linear regression analysis produces the equation Y= 3.231 + 0.189X1 + 0.473X2 + 0.099X3 obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.946 or 94.6%, meaning that the coefficient of determination of employee performance variables is explained by the variables compensation, motivation, work discipline. Meanwhile, the remaining 6.4% is explained by other variables not explained in this study. The results of the t test show that the compensation variable (X1) obtained t of 2.289 which is smaller than t 2.0280 with a significance level of 0.028 which is smaller than 0.05, the motivation variable (X2) obtained t of 4.495 which is greater than t 2.0280 with the level significant 0.000 is greater than 0.05, the work discipline variable (X3) obtained t of 1.202 is greater than t table 2.0280 with a significance level of 0.237 greater than 0.05. So the compensation variable (X1) has a partial effect on the employee performance variable (Y), the motivation variable (X2) has a partial effect on the employee performance variable (Y), the work discipline variable (X3) has a partial effect on employee performance (Y). The results of the F test show that the Fcount value of 210.631 is greater than the Ftable of 2.84 with a significant value of 0.00. The significance value is smaller than 0.05. This means that Ho4 is rejected and Ha4 is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between compensation (X1), motivation (X2) and work discipline (X3) on the performance of biMBA AIUEO employees (Y).
2024-08-19T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Management Research and Business Journal https://stiebp.ac.id/jurnal/index.php/MRB/article/view/60 Analisis Pengaruh Current Ratio (Cr), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), Dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) Terhadap Harga Saham PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk Periode 2016 – 2022 (Per Kuartal) 2024-08-15T08:08:01+00:00 Yustinus Rawi Dandono yrawidandono@gmail.com Athaya Kamila athayakamila@gmail.com
This study aims to determine the effect of the Liquidity Ratio variable projected with the Current Ratio (CR), the Solvency Ratio variable projected with the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), the Profitability Ratio variable projected with Return On Assets (ROA) and the Growth Ratio variable projected with the Price Earning Ratio (PER) to stock prices. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression, involving the classical assumption test, followed by partial significance by using the T-test hypothesis test. The results showed that of the four independent variables analyzed, Current Ratio (CR) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) did not have a significant effect on stock prices.
